Terms of Use — Swipe Tidy

1. Swipe Tidy ("the app") helps you review and clean up the photos and videos on your phone. You decide what to keep and what to delete; the app deletes nothing until you empty the discard box and confirm the system dialog.

2. Deleted items go to your phone's trash ("Recently Deleted" on iOS) and can usually be restored for about 30 days, after which your phone removes them for good. Please back up anything important before emptying. Items synced to cloud services (such as Google Photos or iCloud) may also be removed there.

3. The app is free to use with ads and a daily deletion limit. Premium (weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) removes the limit and ads. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play or App Store settings; free trials, payments and refunds follow the store's policies.

4. The app and its content (text, pictures and software) belong to us and their rightful owners. Please do not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer them beyond personal use.

5. We may change or update the app or end the service. If paid entitlements remain when the service ends, we will give notice in advance and handle them as the law requires.

6. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by your own deletion decisions, device failure, network problems or device mismanagement.
